Refund & Return Policy

1) We assure quality products, and therefore do not have a refund or replacement facility as of now.

2) If by mistake, where the damaged product could be sent, however this will be considered if the consumer has taken a video of the package opening and showcasing the damaged product has been sent. We will consider the same after validating the proofs and will replace the product or refund in case the product is not available in stock.

3) In case of a replacement of damaged product (as mentioned above in point 2 as condition of replacement), it should be unused for hygiene reasons.

4) The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

5) Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 3 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

6) Customer will need to ship the product within 2 days once the request is raised and approved

7) Customer shall bear the return shipping charges.

8) Customer will have to share the tracking no via email for the return product.

9) Products bought during sales are non-refundable or exchangeable

10) The return order can only be placed if the product is defective or the wrong product is shipped apart from your order.

11) Please reach out to support@houseoftashi.com within 7 days of order delivery. Our customer support team will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the request.

12) You cannot exchange your product with any higher or lower amount product.

13) We unfortunately do not have a return or exchange policy for our international customers.

14) Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team, once approved then a refund process will take place or an exchange would happen. Refund amount will be credited to your bank account in the next 5 to 7 working days.

15) If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at support@houseoftashi.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
